Danielle Fishel, best known as buxom fan favorite Topanga on the '90s sitcom Boy Meets World, was arrested on a Los Angeles County drunk driving warrant early Thursday morning. According an AP report, Newport Beach police arrested the 26 year-old actress, who's sometimes a correspondent for Tyra Banks’ talk show, when the car she was in was pulled over just before 5 a.m. in Orange County.
