So I saw this picture of Chloe Sevigny yesterday and I knew at once that I was going to crook her look. I loved how she paired socks with her booties and I was inspired to do the same thing. To me, Chloe is one of those stars who really is an actress but also is really someone who is genuinely into fashion.
