Titanic actor Billy Zane has split from his fiancée, PEOPLE has confirmed. Zane, 42, and British actress Kelly Brook, 28, parted ways last month, according to a report in the U.K.'s Sun. (Reporters became suspicious after she appeared at a TV award show last Sunday without her engagement ring.) "The decision was made after long conversations here and in the U.S.," a source told the paper.
