Will Smith spent part of his Thanksgiving Day out on the golf course in Hawaii. He's been working hard to promote
Seven Pounds while
doing good, and it looks like he rewarded himself with a relaxing tropical getaway. Will and the kids will
keep the charity going right on through the
holiday season, but family vacations can be just as much fun as opening presents.

Will Smith had his big smile ready to go for his fans at a benefit screening of
Seven Pounds in Missouri last night. This was just one of the five places he'll show his movie for charity, and the next stop will be in Cleveland later today. Will kicked things off by
donating turkeys in Miami, and he's already planning to keep giving back right through the
holiday season.

Will Smith has a month before his new movie hits theaters but he's already started promoting what we can only expect will be another world tour. His latest film,
Seven Pounds, costars Rosario Dawson who was by his side in Miami for a charity premiere. The film is about Will's character doing remarkable things for seven strangers and it's by the same director who helped Will score an Oscar nomination for
The Pursuit of Happyness.

On Dec. 4, we'll get to watch Barbara Walters interview her picks for the Most Fascinating People of 2008 for her annual TV special.
This year's list includes Will Smith, Michael Phelps, Tina Fey, Tom Cruise, Rush Limbaugh, Miley Cyrus, and Frank Langella, but of course the big question is who will get the coveted No.

Jaden Smith has been following in his father's Hollywood footsteps and is now rumored to be
the new star of a
Karate Kid remake. Will Smith's children have acted in films before, and Jaden costarred with Will in
The Pursuit of Happyness, but this would put him in a lead role. So tell us — do you think Jaden is the next Will Smith?

Will Smith put on his cheering hat to hit the stands for his son Trey's high school football game in Agoura Hills on Friday. Looks like he wasn't feeling festive enough to
don a costume, but maybe he took his kids out trick-or-treating after the game. Lately Will has been putting in plenty of
doting dad time before he starts promoting
Seven Pounds, but we all know that tomorrow he'll take time out from being an actor and family man to
hit the voting booth with the rest of us.
A few weeks ago we showed you a
star-studded PSA featuring some of our favorite celebrities encouraging all of us to vote. The first video was a big hit, and another batch of A-listers — including Tom, Will, Julia, Leo, Scarlett, Shia, Harrison, Spielberg, JT, Cameron, Snoop, and so many more — got together to remind all of us to register and hit those polling places next Tuesday. Even if you don't need an extra reminder, the cute video is worth checking out if only for the return of Sacha Baron Cohen's absurd antics as Borat.

Will Smith brought his kids Jaden and Willow to support their mom Jada at the LA premiere of her Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa yesterday. The happy foursome posed for photos while Ben Stiller and his wife Christine made it a date and left their kids at home. Fergie was also on hand to walk the green carpet, though her big smile may have more to do with her wedding than the movie.

Keanu Reeves kept it coming in The Matrix movies, but the role of Neo wasn't initially offered to the actor.
Will Smith turned down the role saying, "I would have absolutely messed up The Matrix. At that point I wasn't smart enough as an actor to let the movie be — whereas Keanu was."
