After visiting Rite-Aid Britney and Adnan went to Macy's and brought a new top. On the way out to the car Spears shouted at paps in her terrible fake English accent as Ghalib was stressed out when a pap got his camera too close to his face in Los Angeles.
Well, Adnan's certainly got his hands full.

At around the 4minute mark in the video, the over-zealous photogs get a bit too much for the gruesome twosome and both Britney and Adnan lose their cool, screaming at the paparazzi and actually aggressively elbowing one photog away from them.
