My impression of DC is that it is very transient in nature. So I'm doubly impressed to see how a place that looks so wonderfully eclectic and settled.

Love it all. I too am relocating to DC, and I hope to post photos of my new apartment soon! Just trying to unpack and put things in their place right now. Oh, and trying to score some free Craigslist and FreeCycle furniture items, but stuff goes so quickly down there! How did you hang all those pictures on the walls? Just hammer and nails? Just wondering, since I have a lot of my artwork I want to hang up, but I'm a bit nervous about putting so many holes in the walls.
