I can be a bit of a traditionalist when it comes to my music, particularly my religious music. Singing songs was always a pasttime in my family, with my mother helming the piano, my sister and I singing, and my father enjoying the strains of music that would pass his way. And some of our favorite songs were from our time in church - including these.

If you haven't heard of the Gaithers, and in this case, the Gaither Vocal Band, well, they're huge, and they've written a multitude of Christian songs as well. It's not rock, but it's definitely beautiful.

Plus, I have one of the biggest crushes on one of the guys in the band. Good memories, an attractive man, and beautiful songs.
