I have no idea who it's from. But I do think that if you want a cheep version, get some fabric like it and get it made, it's not very difficult and this wouldn't cost a lot of labourtime (money).

I did, the cut is right (from what I can see) but I can't find it available in any pattern remotely similar to this one. I am e-mailing a rep for the company to find out! LOL - I am not kidding when I say I am really wanting this dress!

I'll be on lookout-- but fun story: I saw Toby & Jennifer at LA airport in Admirals Club on my back to Washington DC from a trip to Australia. She was still pregnant then. Which brings me to observe that so many dresses in vogue could be maternity. Roomy, high waisted yet so feminine and fashionable!
