I haven't made these Butterfinger Popcorn Balls in a while and after making them today, I can't remember why I've waited SOOOOO long! If you're in the mood for something sweet AND a little salty... try this VERY EASY recipe out.

What you'll need:

* 6 cups popped popcorn
* 3 Butterfinger Candy Bars - chopped up
* 1/4 cup butter or margarine (1/2 stick)
* 3 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
* Nonstick cooking spray

SO SIMPLE directions:

* Combine popcorn and chopped butterfinger candy in a large bowl

* Melt butter in medium saucepan over low heat. Stir in marshmallows. Stir constantly - until marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth.

* Pour over popcorn mixture; quickly toss to coat well.

* Spray hands with nonstick cooking spray. (Wait for mix to cool down a bit so you don't burn your hands!!) Form popcorn mixture into six 3-inch balls.

* Allow to cool. Store in airtight container.
