Okay, not really, BUT he is starring in Kevin Smith’s new movie, “Zack and Miri Make a Porno”.

But I had to make a blog, because I am so happy! 
I am simply ecstatic! 
First off, I 
Kevin Smith. Oh yeah, he is one big bear I would totally do!
Kevin Smith writes on his blog, how Harvey Weinstein practically handed him the money to make this picture. Way to go Harvey!
Second, I love Seth Rogan! He is a fine Canadian boy. 
Kevin tells an amusing story about contacting the “man who would be Zack”.
Kevin contacted Seth by email, addressed him as Sir, explained when and where they had previously met, and asked him about looking at a script. Kevin wasn’t sure he would hear back.
“As I hit send I thought “Yeah, you wanna hook up with him, alright. You and every studio in town, at this point. You snooze, you lose, fat-ass. Next time, don’t be so f*cking lazy. This dude’s never gonna respond now.”
Judd Apatow (director; Knocked Up, 40 Year Old Virgin, Superbad) once said that he works with Seth Rogan due to availability. He said, you want Brad Pitt, but he’s busy, you want Shia LeBeouf, but he’s busy, then you think, what about Seth Rogan? And yeah, he’s home right now, playing guitar hero. 
To Kevin's surprise, Seth did respond promptly, and addressed him as “Dude”.

This may sound like bullsh*t, but when I first moved to LA, I went out to meet with agencies, and one of them asked me what my goals were. I said “to be in a kevin smith movie.” That goal has not changed. I would be honored to read anything you wrote, and am truly flattered and amazed that you sent me this e-mail. I wouldn’t be a writer if it wasn’t for you and your movies. Its as simple as that. Thank you so much.”
This made Kevin happy.
“Naturally, I about fell out of the chair. My man-crush not only responded (quickly, at that), but he paid me just about the highest compliment he could’ve, short of “And ‘Jersey Girl’ is a misunderstood masterpiece.” (Granted, it’s not; but a guy can dream, can’t he? And also delude himself?)”
I love this man!
Thirdly, I also enjoy Elizabeth Banks, who will play Miri. She starred in "40 year Old Virgin" and "Invincible".
She is the pretty, likable actress, you feel could be your friend.
Zach and Miri Make a Porno is due out in 2008, so until then, I wait in anticipation Mr. Smith!

By the way I loved Seth's comment about Katherine Heigl!! Do you think he called her Katie, which I have never heard anyone call her that, because she hates that name? I can just imagine on the set of Knocked Up and he calls her that just to p*ss her off
