Sriracha
A spicy hot sauce from Thailand. It's a smooth paste made from sun-ripened chiles, vinegar, sugar, salt and garlic. The chiles and garlic are ground into a fine paste and are combined with the other ingredients.

    I love this stuff. I add it to anything that needs an extra kick - especially my homemade version of General Tso's chicken.

    i've seen this at restaurants before and at the store but never got it. always wondered how it was. can't wait to try and out now! Smiling

    I had a boss once that never ate anything but desserts without this stuff. I am not kidding. Pizza, soups, bread, sandwiches, breakfast - anything.

    This is the BEST!! I'm not even that big of a fan of hot sauce, but this has so much flavor you can't go without it! My fiance puts it on EVERYTHING!

    I used to have this in my fridge. I tossed it after I lost power from a hurricane. I have not replaced it yet.
