Elijah Wood Is Friends With the Bachelor and We're Freaking Out

Here's a twist you probably didn't see coming: Frodo and the Bachelor are friends. During an appearance on The Tonight Show, host Jimmy Fallon freaked out (as did the rest of the audience) over Elijah Wood's real-life friendship with two-time Bachelorette runner-up Nick Viall. After the two met through their mutual friend Kyle, the actor explained that he quickly became fascinated by the reality show and started watching his season. While some people are pretty skeptical about Nick's quest for love, Wood assured everyone that he is definitely in it for the right reasons. He even added that he was originally rooting for Rachel Lindsay before it was announced prematurely that she's going to be the new Bachelorette.
