Miley Cyrus to Celebrate Turning 16 at Disneyland

When Miley Cyrus finally becomes old enough to drive on Sunday, Oct. 5, she can jump behind the wheel – on the Autopia!

Actually, reports Entertainment Tonight, the Hannah Montana star will be celebrating her Sweet 16th birthday party with a special bash at California's Disneyland, home of the Autopia, the Matterhorn and Space Mountain. As Cyrus says in a special video message on ETOnline.com, "I love roller coasters."

There's also going to be a special fireworks display during what Cyrus calls "one rockin' night ... totally awesome." She'll sing some songs, too.

The public is invited, as the event will benefit a good cause, Youth Service America, which helps improve the lives of people ages 5 to 25.

"There's only one world," says the birthday girl, "and we got to take care of it."

Breaking into laughter as they walked along, Ashley Tisdale and a female friend held hands as they made their way into Warner Bros. studios for a business meeting on Thursday (August 21).

The "High School Musical" singer/actress is currently working on what will be her second studio album, with her first release "Headstrong" attaining Gold status.

Back when she signed on with Warner Bros. records, the company had nothing but praise for the adorable 23-year-old Disney star.

Exclusive Interview: Keith Urban Talks Rehab, Romance and Paparazzi

Country megastar Keith Urban is racking up some major frequent-flier miles these days. He's currently in the middle of the American-leg of his Love, Pain and the Whole Crazy World tour, but he's still flying halfway around the world twice a month.

It's all part of a shift in the newly wed and newly sober singer's life, as he juggles touring with spending time with his wife of one year, actress Nicole Kidman, who is filming a movie in Australia.

Urban took a very early morning wakeup call with AOL Music this week from Darwin, Australia, where he's visiting his bride. Read on as he talks about touring, the paparazzi, his recent stint in rehab and why his main goal in life has nothing to do with music. Plus, we surprise Urban with a rumor about him he's never heard before... but gets quite a laugh out of.

You're in the middle of your Love, Pain and the Whole Crazy World tour, so let's begin by talking about your live shows. How would you say they have evolved over the past decade?

That's a good question. They've certainly gotten bigger. It's not all cerebral what we do, it's just sorta organic evolving so I don't quite know how to quantify that. It's seems to get a little freer every year.

Your fan base has certainly evolved and grown tremendously. You've recently attracted a lot of non-country fans. Why do you think that is?

I think that's happening with a lot of country artists these days. Certainly for me, it's more about the songs. They should defy genre ... like 'Goodbye Yellow Brick Road.' It's a song that everybody loves to sing. And I think country music has a lot of that type of song, as well, that defy genre.

What would you say is one of your songs that gets the best response from your live audiences?

'You'll Think of Me' is really high on the list, because there are a lot of jilted people out there. (laughs)

You've made a real conscious effort to incorporate breaks into your tour, in order to balance work with your personal life. Being the workhorse that you are, was that hard to do?

No, it's come quite easily. Balance is about adjustments, so occasionally it tips to far and you have to adjust it. But that's life. Right now, I have an enormous amount of gratitude for where I am in life. And I still have a lot of passion and hunger for creating more music and touring. But it seems to be more focused. In the past it was more running from things, because I didn't really have a life outside music ... Getting on the bus and touring was my life. And when that was not around, I felt myself a bit lost at times, because that was all I had. And my life is now much more balanced, which is wonderful.

With your tour and Nicole's movie shooting in Australia, how often do you get to see one another?

This year was odd because she already had the film scheduled to shoot in for six months, which is quite long for a film. And I had a tour already planned. So she's on the other side of the world, and I'm on the other side of the world touring. So how do we make that work? Well, we just said about 11 days is the longest I feel that I can be away. I prefer it to be about 5, but I just couldn't go to the states for 3 days ...come back and go and all that. So we just figured out that we could probably get through about 11-12 days of being apart. So that's what I do. I tour for a little less than two weeks and then I come back to, and I'm here for a week or two weeks and then I go back.

You just celebrated two big occasions: Nicole's 40th birthday and your first anniversary. Did you do anything special to celebrate?

We had a beautiful anniversary. It was very intimate. I don't really need to elaborate ... (laughs) ... but it was lovely.

Ok, we won't make you go into detail! So you've said that your recent stay in rehab strengthened your marriage. How so?

It's hard to put into words that might get misconstrued or taken out of context. It's just made it stronger, that's all I know. And I'm very very grateful for it. We're both grateful for it, and it's brought us very close together.

There have, of course, been a lot of untruths written about you and Nicole in the tabloids. But you've never pulled a Britney Spears move on the paparazzi. What's your take on celebrities like Britney and Posh Spice who fight back at the media?

I think everybody has different priorities in their life. People live their lives differently. People become famous through all sorts of different reasons ... some of it through art and some of it through just wanting to be famous. And I think how that all starts tends to reflect how you live your life daily. I can't speak for other people, I just know that we love our privacy. We value it. We love to be as normal as we can be and just be a husband and wife. Because at the end of the day, that's what we are. We're each other's husband and wife, and we're each other's best friends. And we both have jobs and careers, but that's not who we are. It's not our identity.

And is that easier to do in Nashville than in Hollywood?

It is. The world is getting so reality-driven these days. It seems to be accelerating exponentially. But it's a dangerous game for a lot of people. The paparazzi do what they do because that's what they're paid to do. We just try and value our privacy, but there are certain situations where you're going to get photographed ... that's all there is to it. And we both accept that. But when it starts to move into stalking and unnecessary invasiveness, that's when anybody with any dignity gets a little disturbed by that type of behavior.

Keith Urban talked to The Boot about the re-recording of his song, 'Got It Right This Time,' which was inspired by his marriage.

It's interesting, because the song's hook is, "I think I got it right this time." And I'm certainly at a point now where there's no thinking involved! [laughs] There's a little more conviction than that. And I had that full conviction when I wrote it, but as a songwriter, there are choices made with words because they sing well. So, "I know I got it right this time" just doesn't sing as well as "I think I got it right this time." But as the song has evolved and grown, our marriage has evolved a lot. So [on the new recording], at the very end there's an ad-libbed line that says, "I mean, I know I do." [laughs] Songs are interesting, because they're written at a certain time in a writer's life and they mean a certain thing, but often, the really magical ones develop deeper meaning. And this song has definitely grown to have a deeper meaning for me.

Pal: Olympian Nastia Liukin Wanted To "Give Up" Gymnastics

In its latest issue, on newsstands now, Us Weekly shares the inspirational stories of Olympic gymnasts Nastia Liukin, Shawn Johnson, Alicia Sacramone and Chellsie Memmel as well as Michael Phelps' transformation from a bullied schoolkid to record-breaking swimmer.

Liukin, 18, has won four medals at the games – including the silver following a controversial tie-break – but she's had her moments of doubt.

Just a few months ago, Liukin considered quitting, her best friend and training partner Katie Matusik tells Us.

"This sport is so hard," Katie says. "Some days, she'd want to give up. But then she'd snap out of it and be like, 'You know what, I can do this.' She got through it good."

Katie's mom Mary adds: "I remember Nastia at 5-years-old, and you just knew she had what it takes.

"There are a lot of days when she's in the gym crying," Mary says of the Plano, Texas native. "It's very difficult mentally and physically – She couldn't participate in normal teenage things like shopping, going to movies and sleepovers."

And for Liukin, the competition is personal: her father (and coach) won four gymnastics medals at the 1988 Olympics while her mother was a 1987 rhythmic gymnastics world champion.

"It's extra hard when your dad coaches you," Mary tells Us.

Also in the new issue of Us Weekly, Debbie Phelps opens up about how her son Michael became the greatest Olympian of all time after winning eight gold medals and setting seven world records in Beijing.

"I saw a passion for swimming at such a young age," she tells Us. "He could be at a swim meet or practice for hours. It was a great outlet. The bullying and adversity made him be stronger and worker harder."

Jessica Simpson: Tony isn't calling Carrie!

Jessica Simpson insists her beau Tony Romo isn't calling his ex Carrie Underwood.

"I looked at his call log," she said Wednesday in an interview with Nashville's 107.5 FM's Woody and Jim show.

Of Romo, Underwood tells September's Allure: "The phone will ring and it'll be him, and I'll maybe not answer."

"Tony and I both laughed at that," Simpson said. "We got a chuckle out of it."

She went on, "If Tony wanted to call her and be with her, he would."

She also said she wasn't dissing Underwood, a vegetarian, when she wore a shirt that read "Real Girls Eat Meat."

Simpson and Romo seem to be going strong.

"Most of the guys I dated were captivated by my heart but they had different ways of trying to get to me," Simpson says in September's Elle. "Tony understands me.

"He appreciates my talent," she adds. "He's the first person I've spiritually connected with.”

Romo has been supporting Simpson while she works on her country album, Do You Know, due September 9.

"It's the cutest thing," she says.

Simpson dedicated the tune "You're My Sunday" while performing at a country music festival in Wisconsin on Sunday.

Before the song, she told the crowd Romo "is my better tomorrow."

Bar Refaeli fronts first Jewish swimsuit magazine

The pretty Israeli model joins countrywomen Neta Bell-Silber, Adi Neumann and Esti Ginzburg in the pages of the new issue.

The quirky Gilles Bensimon calendar shots features the lovely ladies posing in bikinis by the likes of Shoshanna and Agent Provocateur in a series of beach shots.

Photographer Bensimon gave the models depth by creating funny scenarios - Ginzburg studies ancient Hebrew text, learned Donna Feldman reads the work of top Jewish authors and Bell-Silber puts a sandcastle up for rent.

All but one of the six girls used in the spread were born in Israel - Feldman grew up in Calabasas, California.

Jerry Seinfeld to Be Microsoft's New $10M Pitchman

Apple has Steve Jobs as its pitchman, as well as Justin Long's popular "Mac Guy" character, so now rival Microsoft will have Jerry Seinfeld – who'll appear alongside company founder Bill Gates in new commercials for Windows Vista, the Wall Street Journal reports.

Seinfeld, 54, will be paid about $10 million for the ads, which are set to debut Sept. 4, says the newspaper. In all, Microsoft is prepared to spend $300 million to beef up its image, and is also considering Chris Rock and Will Ferrell as additional pitchmen.

The software giant's ad campaign is especially meant to deal a blow to Apple's successful "Mac vs. PC" TV spots that star "Mac Guy" Long, former boyfriend of Drew Barrymore. While the Mac Guy is cool, the PC guy (played by actor John Hodgman) comes off as nerdy.

Brits Angry Over Keira's 'Diana' Sales Ploy

If there's one thing you don't mess with in Britain, it's Princess Diana.

But the executives behind Keira Knightley's new movie don't seem to have figured that one out somehow.

So they're selling The Duchess by drawing comparisons between Keira's character and the tragic princess, reports the MailOnline site.

And the Brits are NOT happy!

The strapline for the film is, "She won the people's hearts, but could not follow her own," an obvious reference to how Diana (A.K.A the People's Princess, A.KA. the Queen of Hearts) was pushed into a marriage with Prince Charles, who left her for another woman.

The trailer for the movie, in which Keira plays an 18th aristocrat who falls in love with a man who is not her husband, is filled with images of Diana, who was killed in car crash in 1997.

And they even have the cheek to use the phrase, "There were three people in that marriage," which is how Diana described her relationship at the time when Charles was having an affair with Camilla Parker Bowles.

The tacky ploy has gone down so badly in the U.K. that Keira was hauled onto the heavyweight news show Channel 4 News to explain it.

But Keira wasn't going anywhere near the scandal.

"Marketing is nothing to do with me - you are going to have to ask whoever it was at the film company that thought that that was a good idea about that one," she told the show.

A spokesman for Pathe, the studio behind the movie, released September 19th, said: "The trailer simply reflects historical fact."

Jack was sent to Shelby County Jail in Alabama for the show called Prisoner X: The Series. The show will be broadcast in the U.K. We think this sounds so interesting!

Hopefully this will possibly deter people from committing crimes when they see how bad life behind bars is!

Sienna's House Gets Vandalized

Sienna Miller has been getting a lot of heat for her relationship with Balthazar Getty, who left his wife for Sienna.

A group of Sienna haters vandalized her North London home, spray painting the word "SLUT" with a circular symbol, which looks like it was supposed to be sign for Satan.

Getty is the one who left his wife high and dry and Sienna is getting all the heat for it. The paps follow her around every day calling her a "homewrecker." Last week Sienna had a full-blown break down in Malibu and drove to the police station in a bid to escape the paps.

DMX Gets His Own Reality Show

DMX has gotten arrested too many times to count this year, so to bring us all up to speed, he's getting his own reality show that will chronicle his many legal battles. That's America for ya! Rewarding the dregs of society!

According to AllHipHop.com, DMX: This Life Of Mine will follow him as he attempts to rehabilitate himself after his series of arrests. Guess they're going to have to put shooting on hold for a little while, since DMX is currently behind bars after missing a court date earlier this month.

In a statement, DMX says: "In many ways, my life has been an open book. I haven't always been the one writing the story. With this show, however, people will get to see and hear with their own eyes and ears what really goes on in my life and I think they'll come to understand me a little bit better with each episode."

It sounds like he's trying to defend his arrests! We don't know about this one…Will you tune in?

Gwen Stefani Will Give Birth On Thursday

Gwen Stefani is all prepared to give birth on Thursday morning. Her c-section is scheduled for 10am at Cedars-Sinai. Of course the press won't let her just enjoy this time with her baby, they have to talk about how she wants to lose weight too.

"Gwen's so excited to have this baby because she gained a lot of weight during this pregnancy," her pal reveals to In Touch. "She is ready to meet her new baby and get her body back."

Of course, I am sympathetic to trying to lose the baby weight and being anxious to take those pounds off...but meeting your child for the first time and getting your body back are NOT in the same category!!!!

French Actor Jean Reno Hospitalized

French actor Jean Reno is in intensive care in the Caribbean after suffering a heart attack Wednesday.

Reno, and his wife, Zofia, arrived in St. Bart's on Tuesday where they were house-guests of French rocker Johnny Hallyday and his wife, according to French news agency LCI. Sources tell PEOPLE that the actor had a heart attack Wednesday, and doctors on the island decided to immediately transport Reno to the intensive care facilities at CHU Fort-au-France on the island of Martinique.

After an urgent medi-evac flight, the 60-year-old is in the hospital's Cardiac Services Unit. Reporting his present condition as unknown, the Agence France-Press quote sources saying the actor suffered "a very serious heart attack."

Reno has starred in any number of major films including The Professional opposite Natalie Portman, The Da Vinci Code, Mission: Impossible, Pink Panther and as an unlikely romantic comic lead opposite Juliette Binoche and Christina Applegate.

Hallyday and French President Nicolas Sarkozy were best men at Reno's wedding in July 2006.

Daniel Radcliffe Talks about His Broadway Debut – and His Nude Scene

Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe says taking the stage in Equus "has given me a little more confidence" – and his nude scene is no big deal.

"It's only seven minutes at the end of the play," Radcliffe, 19, told the audience at an Aug. 19 talk held by the New York Times.

The actor is in New York rehearsing for his Broadway debut in Equus, which begins previews Sept. 5, after starring in the play in London last year. Performing live "was amazing," Radcliffe said. "As long as it goes well, you can't stop smiling."

Radcliffe also said he had some brief hesitations about continuing his role as Harry Potter (the sixth movie in the series, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, is due out next summer). "It would have been really hard to see someone else [play Harry Potter]. Especially if he was very good – that would kill me!"

Radcliffe discussed his role models (his mother and father, and actors Gary Oldman and Stephen Fry) and and his favorite bands (the Sex Pistols, the Libertines.) He also said that he doesn’t read reviews or look at fan Web sites. "It would be stroking my ego," Radcliffe said.

"It's something we would never take lightly and just say, 'That would be fun.' It's a lot of work and we recognize that," says DeGeneres, 50. "In a way, we want to be selfish because we love our life, but we know how much that adds to it."

And, Ellen adds, "If they would be as pretty as Brad and Angelina's kids, we might."

Johansson's twin brother, Hunter is working on the Obama campaign, which means he would be too crazed to attend his sisters wedding.

A source tells British newspaper the Daily Express, "He is working all the time so Scarlett wants to hold off until the election is over."

The couple is still expected to tie the knot later this year. Considering how much support the Johansson's have given Obama, maybe he'll be a guest at the wedding. Just a thought.

Denise Richards blocks father in law’s access to grandchildren

Denise Richards is often seen out with her father, Irv, and her two sad-looking daughters, Sam, four, and Lola, three. Richard’s mother died of cancer late last year. Sam and Lola have another set of grandparents on their father’s side, Martin Sheen and his wife of 47 years, Janet Templeton. The two young girls aren’t seeing much of their grandparents on their dad’s side, though. Richards and Sheen went through a contentious divorce in 2005 and 2006.Sheen has visititation rights, which Richards has tried to block and restrict multiple times.

Richards is also said to be blocking access to the girls from Sheen’s parents. They can presumably see their grandparents on their father’s side when they’re visiting their dad, of course, but Martin Sheen is mighty upset that he has limited time with his granddaughters, especially after he tried to defend Richards to his son.

Denise’s ex-dad-in-law, Martin Sheen, regularly defended her when Charlie Sheen ripped her as a derange liar, cheat, skank… etc. - but [Martin] suddenly see’s things [his son’s] way now that she’s ruthlessly blocking access to his beloved granddaughters! Said a source:

“Denise stupidly ruined any good will Martin had for her. He was the one cool head in their nasty divorce battle, keeping his son on a leash when he’d start his attack-dog tactics… but no more!”

Martin’s frustrated because Denise - who’d poured her heart out to him in long phone calls when the divorce war began - blows him off when he calls to ask if he and wife Janet can see Sam and Lola, saying “now is not a good time…”

“Denise knows Martin has taken her side many times - so now it’s like she’s spitting in his face.”

Martin has apologized for his son for asking him to temper his comments about Denise and now sees exactly what he was talking about once she turned on him, too.

Do we expect any other type of behavior from this woman? She accused her husband of child abuse so that she could try and rip visitation away from him, but that was thrown out by a judge who saw it for the ploy that it was. At least her show has been canceled and she’ll have to go back to living on that child support from Charlie. Will she wither away once the spotlight focuses away from her vile self-righteous behavior?

The other day I heard a heartbreaking story about a grandmother who watched her grandson from the time he was an infant until he was five. Her son divorced his wife and she hasn’t seen her grandson since. It’s been 13 years. Charlie and Denise live close enough that they can share visititation despite Denise’s unwillingness to obey court orders, and Charlie’s folks can see their granddaughters when they’re in his care. It’s got to be a slap in the face for Martin to be told by Denise that he can’t see the girls after he listen to her sob story so many times and tried to help smooth things out between the harpy and his son.

Jennifer Love Hewitt postpones her wedding

Jennifer Love Hewitt looks pretty amazing after losing nearly 20 pounds and a lot of people assumed that her motivation was her upcoming wedding day. Earlier stories had the 29 year-old actress marrying her fiance, 32 year-old actor Ross McCall, in a small ceremony sometime this summer. Her wedding could be on hold, though, reports In Touch, which quotes an insider saying that “things aren’t great between them.” They usually look incredibly happy and in synch with each other, and if it is true that their wedding has been pushed back I would bet there’s another reason, like logistics:

“Things aren’t great between them,” the insider says of the couple, who got engaged last November.

“It’s hard because he’s filming in New Mexico and she’s in LA. The relationship is strained and their wedding won’t happen anytime soon.” While Jennifer has revealed that this summer is out - “I won’t be a sweaty bride,” she has said - another friend insists that everything’s fine. “Jennifer and Ross are very excited,” says the pal. “It will be an intimate ceremony and Ross is having fun helping Jennifer plan it.” Adds her rep, “The wedding is going ahead as planned.”

Love Hewitt told reporters in February that her wedding would be “small and private and romantic and wonderful,” and that she might just get married on a whim. “If we kind of wake up and say, ‘Let’s go do it,’ that’s how we will do it.”

I doubt these two are having problems, but if they are it’s probably the things we all go through when we have to be apart from our partner. They’re together now despite their busy woek schedules. The two were photographed out in LA wearing lookalike outfits on Tuesday. It’s hard to judge people in photos, but there’s a quality to McCall that makes him look like an incredibly good guy and I get the impression he’ll make a great husband and dad someday. Love Hewitt is also one of the most genuine and likeable celebrities and it’s nice to see her happy and in love. I’m crossing my fingers for these two to make it official because they’re one of my favorite celebrity couples.

Jessica Simpson: Tony Isn't Calling Carrie

Jessica Simpson insists her beau Tony Romo isn't calling his ex Carrie Underwood.

"I looked at his call log," she said Wednesday in an interview with a Nashville radio station.

Of Romo, Underwood tells September's Allure: "The phone will ring and it'll be him, and I'll maybe not answer."

"Tony and I both laughed at that," Simpson said. "We got a chuckle out of it."

Salma Hayek Sued By Former Business Partner

Salma Hayek and her brother Sami are in a legal battle with a former employee after a business venture went bad. Alejandro Artigas is suing the siblings after being let go. He is accusing Salma of "wrongfully seeking his removal" as well as "fraud, mismanagement, and/or abuse of authority".

Sami Hayek has responded to the suit, with his lawyer, Bob Weiss, telling TMZ.com,

"It was an investment deal that was no good for anyone, and we’ll fight the lawsuit vigorously."

Lily Allen has no plans to quit using drugs, despite recently vowing to cut back on her partying ways.

The Smile singer claimed earlier this year she wanted to curb her intake of drugs and alcohol because she was “bored” of the London nightlife scene.

And despite admitting she’s not “a good person” when under the influence, she insists she has no plans to stop using illegal substances altogether.

She says, “I’m not gonna say I’m never gonna do drugs again. I just know I’m not a good person on drugs.”

Allen’s remark comes just days after she hit the headlines for punching a passer-by in a furious rage on a night out in London.

'Nsync to Reunite?

First the Backstreet Boys came back with a new album, then New Kids on the Block thrilled devoted fans with their return. Now 'Nsync's Chris Kirkpatrick is the one singing the reunion tune.

“Someday, there’ll be an ’Nsync reunion, but I don’t think the time is right now,” Chris, 36, who’s currently appearing on CMT’s Gone Country 2, tells OK!.

Even if the band’s return isn’t definite yet, Kirkpatrick seems hopeful that the guys can get together again somewhere along the road.

“We get along like brothers,” he says. “We all love each other — we all care about each other. I’m sure we’ll come back.”

Madonna fans – get ready to party! As her countdown to her Sticky & Sweet tour begins, the Queen of Pop is preparing to take fans on a "rock-driven, dancetastic journey," her Web site reported Wednesday.

The singer – who turned 50 earlier this week – reveals that her two-hour show will be broken into four sections: 1920's “gangsta pimp,” old-school New York club, gyspy (described as a "VIP trip to 'La Isla Bonita' infused by the spirit of Romanian folk music”) and far-eastern inspired rave.

After a grueling 653 hours of rehearsal, the tour kicks off in Cardiff, Wales on Saturday. Each performance will include a medley of Madonna's hits, old and new – while the singer models more than eight costume changes. (She'll open the show wearing Givenchy, before moving on to many of the major couture fashion houses.)

On stage, she will be joined by 16 dancers and a 12-piece band. And let's not forget Britney Spears, who will be making a virtual appearance on the tour for a top-secret collaboration.

After its U.K. start, the tour travels across Europe before the U.S. leg begins Oct. 4 in East Rutherford, N.J.

Meanwhile, Madonna's husband, Guy Rithie is busy promoting his new file, RocknRolla.

And while he wouldn't discuss reports of marital strife, the director did open up – a bit! – about their home life. "You know, you have conversations, some deep, some shallow," he tells the U.K.'s Daily Telegraph. "That's the same in everybody's relationship."

Ritchie's new film has been warmly received, unlike his two previous efforts, Revolver and the much-maligned Swept Away (costarring Madonna).

Ne-Yo is sorry. Sorry for rightfully assuming Lindsay Lohan sucks as a singer.

Ne-Yo says he was really hesitant to work with Lohan because he didn't know how he would be able to help her. They ended up working together for her forthcoming album 'In the Dark' and he claims she has "ridiculously fabulous" vocal abilities

Speaking to E!, he says: "Miss Lindsay Lohan, I apologize if you are watching. I am sorry. There we go. Straight up and down I thought it was gonna suck. I was like, Lindsay Lohan are you joking? Are you serious? What the hell am I going to do for Lindsay Lohan? I took it as a challenge. And we put together a record for her.

Kristen Chenoweth To Make Gay Album

Kristen Chenoweth is going in a new direction with her music. She's working on releasing an album, and according to Kristen, this one's for the gays! She says her makeup artist gave her the idea to make an album of songs that are popular in the gay community.

She says, "One of the make-up artists at Pushing Daisies was like, 'What's your next album gonna be?' And I said, 'I dunno.' He was like, 'How about For the Gays?' I was like, 'Genius!' That is going to be the title of my next album - For the Gays."

Songs will include The Man That Got Away, Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy, Papa, Can You Hear Me? and Going to the Chapel in honor of California's new same-sex marriage laws.

Kristen's being honored by gay education group The Point Foundation in LA next month, so maybe she'll try out some of her covers there! She thinks it'll be a huge hit….do you?

George Clooney's heart is as big as his bank account. Clooney reportedly bought a female fan a new car after he accidentally damaged hers.

While driving in Pennabilli, Italy, Clooney accidentally rear-ended a woman. He accepted the blame for the incident and her car was sent off for repairs. When she showed up to the shop to pick up her car, it was replaced with a brand new one, a $28,000 replica of her Lancia Ypsilon model.

And he had even left her an apology note that read, "I'm so sorry. Hope you'll forgive me. George Clooney."

How great is that? Not only did she get a new car, she has a story to tell her grandkids. George is truly one in a million!

She just split up with Blake Sennett a couple weeks ago, and that's definitely not enough down time!

Nutritionists Angry Over Phelps Kellogg's Endorsement

As we reported earlier, Kellogg's won the bid to have Michael Phelps appear on their cereal box, beating out the usual winner, Wheaties. But this has upset many of health experts around the country, and they think it'll send the wrong message to kids about the importance of healthy eating. While Kellogg's does have Corn Flakes, they also have Frosted Flakes, which is loaded with sugar. Michael will be appearing on those boxes, which doesn't exactly coincide with what the public thinks of when they think "breakfast of champions."

Nutritionist Rebecca Solomon of New York's Mount Sinai Medical Center says, "I would not consider Frosted Flakes the food of an Olympian. I would rather see him promoting Fiber One. I would rather see him promoting oatmeal. I would even rather see him promoting Cheerios."

Hate to break everyone's bubble, but did anyone else catch the story that aired during last week's Olympics about all the restaurants Michael eats at in his hometown? That boy consumes 800-10,000 calories per day and still looks the way he does. So we think getting our panties in a bunch over Frosted Flakes is just a little overboard. What do you think?

52 year-old actress Dana Delaney is the latest female cast member to join Desperate Housewives, and plays troubled newcomer Katherine Mayfair who moved in last season. She turned down a chance to play Bree at the series’ inception in 2004. Delaney gave a press conference in June right after the season ended. She said that everyone was very professional and friendly on set and that rumors of rifts between castmembers were not true. Delaney admitted that the actresses playing the women of Wisteria Lane work hard to keep their bodies fit and trim, and said there was a kind of “dieting competition” among cast. The costume designer called it “the Desperate Housewives disease”:

When asked if there is pressure to always look perfect, she said there might be a quiet competition among the women of the show in terms of dieting. “When I got on the show the costume designer said to me, ‘don’t get the Desperate Housewives disease.’ When I asked what it is she said that everybody loses weight and their clothes don’t fit. I do think there is that competitive dieting thing going on and because I am such a contrarian I am the only one who gained weight — my clothes got tighter.”

The atmosphere on the set is great, she said. “We all heard stories about the fighting early on the set and I don’t think that exists anymore. All these actors are so professional. Everybody comes to the set knowing their lines, everyone is on time, it’s really a fun, fun set. It’s a great place to work.”

Delaney also noted that all the castmembers were welcoming to her. She said on her first day no one knew that she would be joining them, but that they “were great with me… and it was sort of like, oh, hi Dana, what are you doing here?”

Eva Longoria might be trying to take that dieting competition in another direction - she’s gained a smidgeon of weight and says she’s doing it for her character, Gabrielle, who has had two children and has “let herself go.” Longoria is said to be desperate to have children herself, and if recent photos are any indication, she’s already well on her way.

Joe Francis wants judge who jailed him to be impeached, wants money back

Joe Francis has recorded a YouTube video discussing his wrongful imprisonment and calling his persecution a silencing of free speech. The Girls Gone Wild founder starts the video with the text “this can happen to you,” even though there are very few of us making titty videos with drunken girls on Spring Break. He’s calling for the impeachment of the judge who sent him to jail without bail on contempt of court charges for a civil case, and urges people to e-mail the chairman of the House Judicial Committee to ask for Judge Smoak’s impeachment.

Francis was in jail way too long for contempt of court, and he has a point that he was wrongfully prosecuted by a judge with ties to the lawyer in the civil case. I read through the legal responses on his website and in my opinion he’s correct that he shouldn’t have stayed in jail as long as he did. The guy is definitely scummy and there are allegations that he raped an 18 year-old girl, but he was in jail for nearly a year on charges that did not warrant such a long sentence with no chance of jail.

Here’s why Francis shouldn’t have been in jail for so long:

It just so happens that Judge Smoak is the ex-law partner of Ross McCloy, one of the lawyers seeking millions of dollars from Francis for the women in the case. They were both partners in a law firm called Harrison, Sale, Smoak and McCloy. Interestingly, Judge Smoak’s other law partner was Franklin Harrison, who was the attorney that represented the sheriff’s department when Francis successfully sued the sheriff’s department and won his jet back.

In his new video, above, Francis tells the camera with wild intense eyes that he’s disputing the “multi-million dollar ransom” he was forced to pay in order to get out of jail. He settled that civil case for which he was indefinitely imprisoned for an undisclosed sum, and he’s now filing suit to get that money back, saying that he did it because he had no other way to get out of jail.

He agreed to settle the civil case after U.S. District Judge Richard Smoak jailed him in 2007 for contempt of court.

In Francis’ suit, he accuses Smoak of siding with former law partners to jail Francis and force him to settle on terms favorable to the girls. An attorney from a law firm where Smoak was once a partner represented the girls and their parents.

Smoak declined to comment on Francis’ allegations.

The judge ordered Francis jailed in 2007 after finding him in contempt of court. Attorneys for the girls said Francis yelled obscenities at them during a mediation meeting and refused to settle the case.

Francis now claims he was bulldozed into signing the settlement -by being jailed - and that it should be revoked.

The 35-year-old multimillionaire’s lawsuit states he understood that he “had no choice but to enter into the settlement in order to avoid further incarceration.”

Francis declined to say how much he paid, but described it as “a fortune.” He had previously told The Associated Press that the girls were asking for $70 million.

Robert Barnes, one of Francis’ lawyers, said the lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles because that’s where Francis and his company, Mantra Films Inc., are based.

Francis said his actions are intended to protect average citizens.

“This fight is way bigger than me,” Francis said in an interview after a press conference announcing the lawsuit. “If this stands, this single-handedly undermines the entire civil judicial process in this country.”

Francis concluded that “When a person is jailed without bail for 11 months in a civil lawsuit, it violates the US Constitution and our basic freedoms and liberties.” He never mentioned in his video that the judge used to be the partner of one of the lawyers representing the parents in that civil suit he was forced to settle, and that was a major oversight. People don’t know that detail and it adds a lot of credence to his claims.

People don’t really care that Francis was in jail for so long because he’s not a stand up guy by any means. He still faces Federal charges on tax evasion, and he was able to serve out his Florida sentence in a relatively cushy Nevada jail with Internet access and unlimited phone time because of the tax evasion charges. He’s also being sued by a Vegas casino for $2 million unpaid debts.

Francis shouldn’t have been in jail for nearly a year on contempt of court charges and it was pretty much extortion by that Florida judge, but if he was an average guy not profiting off drunken girls, or maybe if he just paid his taxes and debts - his case would seem more credible.

I love how Francis uses an American flag as his backdrop. He should have used the same tactic as the President and Presidential candidates and put well designed phrases in the shot like “Protection from unfair prosecution,” and “Freedom of speech for all.”

Elizabeth Taylor is back at work

At the end of July the National Enquirer reported that Liz Taylor was in hospital on life support, surrounded by family and friends who were concerned she wasn’t going to make it through the night. Which is actually quite nice, that they would be there for her. What’s even nicer, particularly for Liz, is that she’s out of the hospital and back at work.

“Ms. Taylor is at home and happy - and busier than ever,” the unidentified friend told People.com.

“She’s living her life. She’s been having dinner with friends. She’s working.”

Sources cited by People.com did not said when exactly the 76-year-old was discharged from the hospital, but Mr Guttman said it was recently.

Another friend told the magazine that Taylor already was fit enough to plan upcoming trips to Europe and Hawaii, and to weigh in on holiday packaging for her perfume line White Diamond.

The last official statement on Taylor’s condition came July 31, when Mr Guttman confirmed that she had been admitted to hospitalbut denied as “dramatic, overstated and untrue” tabloid reports at the time that she was seriously ill.

He said then that her hospital visit was “precautionary.”

Liz has suffered a benign brain tumor, scoliosis, 2 hip replacements, multiple bouts of pneumonia, and has broken her back several times. Not to mention her multiple divorces, and drug and alcohol issues. She also has a young companion, industrialist Jason Winters, who is 28 years her junior. Despite her illnesses, Elizabeth Taylor, she seems to have an energy that is just amazing. I think I’m going to go introduce my daughter to National Velvet now.

Simon Cowell to Sanjaya: "I Sort of Miss You"

American Idol's Sanjaya Malakar got a little love from Simon Cowell.

In a video message to Extra, the judge told the season six singer: "Hello, Sanjaya. In a strange way, I sort of miss you."

Cowell famously threatened to quit the show if Malakar was crowned the winner, declaring, "He's not going to win!"

But Malakar has no hard feelings these days. His response?

"Well, thank you, Simon," Malakar, 18, responded, according to Extra. "I kind of miss you, too."

Malakar is milking his 15 minutes of fame. He sings in a new nationwide Mutual Insurance Company commercial (Kevin Federline also starred in a spot for them) and is recording an album.

Janet Jackson Launching Lingerie Line

Janet Jackson is getting into the "undies" business.

The singer — one of Us Weekly's weight winners — has partnered with Australian fashion designer Bruno Schiav to launch a line of lingerie called Pleasure Principle. (Her 1987 tune, "Pleasure Principle," inspired the name.)

The under $40 collection — featuring Chantilly lace and satin and rich colors like burgundy — offers various bra styles (demi cups to full coverage), with sizes from 32A to 44G.

"There's something for every woman, and that's very important to us," Jackson said at a press conference. "I've always hated when lingerie is uncomfortable, so the fit and comfort was key."

The singer says she was hands-on during designing — sometimes working until 4 a.m.

Said Jackson, "People have come to me with other ideas, but lingerie is a passion for me, and just like music and acting, I can't do it unless I put 100% into it."

Her line hits mass retailers in November.

Jennifer Garner finally confirmed Wednesday what her baby bump has made clear for weeks – that she and husband Ben Affleck are expecting their second child.

"We're so excited, obviously," Garner told Access Hollywood at Walt Disney's 10th Anniversary party for the Baby Einstein line of merchandise.

Garner joked about the endless speculation – even crediting her obvious pregnancy to "carbs for breakfast."

"It always makes me laugh when people say 'Is she?' 'Isn't she?' It's like eventually you will know, so just chill out for a minute," she told Access Hollywood.

And thanks to her toddler Violet at home, Garner isn't sweating having another baby in the house.

"Yeah, been through it," Garner said. "It's all good, it's great. I'm really excited."
