Ok so I have a party to go to and a dress I bought months ago...well of course, due to Holiday eating and eating the dress is a little small. So, I need to lose a little bit of weight FAST. Just about 5-10lbs would be great. Does anyone know a good diet that will take off the pounds fast?

If you lost it fast, you'll put it back on fast. The best way to lose it is slowly, for example, 1-2lbs a week...try looking into Weight Watchers. It's the best...I lost 25lbs on it! The first week I lost about 5lbs, and then the weeks after that averaged about 1-2lbs/week. Best of luck!
