Yesterday we heard about Jennifer Garner's issue with a crazed stalker and today we learn that Reese Witherspoon's children get harassed on a daily basis. Just awful!
Reese made the decision to remove Ava from a "wonderful school" because the paparazzi wouldn't leave her alone.
"She was so harassed that we had to take her out.
And it doesn't stop on school grounds. The photographers even ruin family occassions like Halloween egging on the kids to get the right shot.
"The most difficult part is seeing my children being followed and harassed. They’ve been treated terribly. They were shouted at in their Halloween costumes, photographers screaming, ‘You don’t look scared.’"
The drama has prompted the protective mom to think twice about life in Hollywood.
"I hope not to live in this place forever."
And she tells Parade magazine that fame has become somewhat of a curse.
"It removes me from people. When I first meet someone, it is so hard for me to overcome everything they’ve read about me. It’s not fair. "It’s difficult, because I’m the kind of person who just wants to hug people."
So very sad. It's different and almost easier for single people to handle the pressure of Hollywood. But when your children are involved, it becomes a serious issue. But there are actors that manage to keep their children out of the public eye. Julia Roberts, Johnny Depp and Bon Jovi are a few that came to the top of my head. Those three make it a TOP priority to keep their babies out of it all.
