Usually I prefer to avoid political issues, but this election is different. There's too much at stake (including our freedom to speak God's truth and to raise our children to follow Him) to be silent. If Obama wins, his charisma and neo-Marxist training would surely be used by less visible global leaders to bring unthinkable worldwide changes. That may be part of God’s plan at this time. If so, nothing would block Obama’s earthly success. But we can still help prepare God's people to prepare for the challenging times ahead.

Whether or not the following quote was actually spoken by the Soviet ruler, it summarizes Obama's pathway to change. (If that's hard to believe, please read the first three reports above):

"We cannot expect the Americans to jump from capitalism to Communism, but we can assist their elected leaders in giving Americans small doses of socialism until they suddenly awake to find they have Communism." - Nikita Khrushchev, 1959

Would other candidates be able to stop the transformation? Probably not; it's already well under way. But we might see the appointment of a few justices who still valued our Constitution and freedom. Remember, no matter what happens, our sovereign God is in control!

Barack Obama & Raila Odinga: The two have much in common. Both chose the election slogan, "Change." Both promise to "distribute wealth more evenly." Both were trained by Neo-Marxists or Communists (Odinga was "educated in communist East Germany"[1]). Both have strong ties to radical Muslims. Odinga even promised to change Kenya's constitution in order to establish Sharia law in Muslim areas. Yet both claimed to be Christians when campaigning in certain groups.
Obama was a political consultant for Odinga during his presidential campaign. Apparently, Odinga strategy was that if he lost, he would claim fraud and incite people to violence. In the end, 1,500 people were killed in the violence and 600,000 people lost their homes.To stop the killing, a coalition government was formed. Odinga is now the Prime Minister. Odinga claims to be Obama's cousin.

"What's wrong with that, some might ask? Well, for starters Republican Herbert Hoover was president when the stock market crashed in October 1929. Second, Roosevelt didn't take office until four years later. And, not to be picky, but there were also no televisions in use at the time. Radio was Roosevelt's favored medium."

Obama Pressured Iraq to Delay Troop Withdrawals: "Despite his insistent demands for a rapid withdrawal of U.S. troops from Iraq, Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama secretly urged Iraqi leaders to delay an agreement that would lead to a draw down in troop numbers. ... In a remark that seemed delightfully uncalculated (it'll give Alabama voters heart attacks), Mr. Obama described the call to prayer as 'one of the prettiest sounds on Earth at sunset.' Moreover, Mr. Obama's own grandfather in Kenya was a Muslim. Obama is a Muslim and should be proud of it, Ghadafi says: “There is a candidate in the American presidential election who is Black, Muslim and of African origin, his name is Obama. All people in Africa and the Arabic and Islamic world were having hopes on him. They cheered him, prayed for his success, and perhaps made legitimate donations to help him get elected. But we were all surprised to hear him making statements that chocked all of his supporters in the Arabic, Islamic, and African world. ... Obama should be proud of his African and Islamic identities, and should work to change America from evil to good.”

Obama slips on TV: 'My Muslim faith': "Slip of the tongue or momentary confusion? In a television interview today discussing his religion, Sen. Barack Obama stated, 'My Muslim faith.' Obama, speaking to ABC's George Stephanopoulos on 'This Week,' was talking about what he described as 'smears' that were claiming he was a Muslim when he maintains he is a practicing Christian.

"'Let's not play games,' Obama stated. 'What I was suggesting – you're absolutely right that John McCain has not talked about my Muslim faith. And you're absolutely right that that has not come.' Stephanopoulos immediately interrupted Obama, stating, 'Christian faith.'

1. Vote machine flaws force scramble back to paper: "With the presidential race in full swing, some U.S. states have found critical flaws in the accuracy and security of their electronic voting machines, forcing officials to scramble to return to the paper ballots they abandoned after the 2000 Florida debacle."

2. Princeton scientists Hack Diebold Voting Machine Demo. The next story illustrates the warnings, though the actual problem is slightly different:

Diebold Machine Rejects Ron Paul Votes In Michigan: "I was the first voter, I circled in Ron Paul and put my ballot into the machine. Spit it right back out and said INVALID BALLOT. Second guy gives it a shot. INVALID BALLOT. I begin arguing with the lady running the precinct about computer voting and people voting. This lady actually says in a room full of people that Computers are better at counting ballots than people, cause people make mistakes. Who makes computers?... She says the manufacturer says there is a problem with a memory card. Someone from the manufacturer will be there with a new memory card soon."

Media Bias. For Obama, 'Unity' Is Called 'Liberalism': "Sen. Barack Obama's repeated and eloquent claims to being able to unite Americans are a major reason for his present, and very possibly eventual, success.... The wish that all people be united is an elemental human desire. But there are two major problems with it. First, it is not truly honest. ... If those who call for unity told the whole truth, this is what they would say: 'I want everyone to unite -- behind my values. I want everyone who disagrees with me to change the way they think so that we can all be united. I myself have no plans to change my positions on any important issues in order to achieve this unity. So in order to achieve it, I assume that all of you who differ with me will change your views and values and embrace mine.'...

"It is fascinating how little introspection Sen. Obama's 'unity' supporters engage in -- they are usually the very people who most forcefully advocate multiculturalism... and who oppose something as basic to American unity as declaring English the country's national language.... Much as Romney tried to run away from his pro-abortion and pro-gay past –– and as hard as Romney backers like Hugh Hewitt and Jay Sekulow worked to paper over it and discredit his socially conservative critics –– the truth got out.... Where were the Ann Coulter hit-pieces against the man who once promised that he could do more for Massachusetts homosexuals than Ted Kennedy?"

"Romney has methodically lied about the judges’ legal authority and his own legal duty to enforce the Constitution.... Romney aggressively BOOSTED government funding for pro-homosexuality indoctrination, starting in kindergarten. He refused to defend schoolchildren and parents’ rights against this indoctrination." The secret of Ron Paul's success: "The media... do not recognize the appeal of Ron Paul’s no-global-government message.... But it is becoming a major issue among the conservative Republican grassroots. It is so big that it could sink Senator John McCain, who is on record in support of U.S. participation in the U.N.’s notorious International Criminal Court (ICC).... In a speech entitled, 'The Case for an International System of Justice,' MacArthur President Jonathan Fanton declared that the ICC has jurisdiction over 'hate speech,' a comment suggesting that this U.N.-backed tribunal could even be given the go-ahead to prosecute talk-radio hosts like Michael Savage for being critical of radical Islam.

Romney should denounce Bain Capital's Chinese ties: "Romney was the CEO and founder of Bain Capital Partners, a highly successful venture capital and investment firm based in Boston which currently manages more than $50 billion in assets, according to the company's website. Last month, Bain Capital and China's Huawei Technology purchased 3Com in a deal valued at $2.2 billion. The deal gave the Chinese company a minority stake in 3Com, an internet security company. Hunter says that 3Com has contracts with the U.S. Dept. of Defense. However, Bain Capital tells CNN 3Com does not contract with the U.S. government directly, and the Chinese company will not have access to sensitive U.S.-origin technology or U.S. government sales as a result of this transaction." The church announced that a 'revelation had been received' by its then-president Spencer Kimball. Until then, Mormonism was a defiantly apartheid faith that denied blacks full participation based on doctrinal beliefs that whites are 'pure' and 'delightsome'....

"By 1978, Strom Thurmond, who ran for president in 1948 calling for 'segregation of the races,' had endorsed integration and hired black staffers. Which is to say that in a decades-long march toward civil rights that eventually included even the likes of former Dixiecrats, the LDS church was still bringing up the rear....
