The radio DJ, who is responsible for leaking 40 seconds of Britney Spears upcoming new single Womanizer, has been suspended from the radio station for illegally playing the track during his show.
(KIIS and Z100 are the only two radio stations that have the right to play the track on September 22nd. Other radio stations will only be able to play the track on October 7.)
107.5 The River will have to pay a whopping $250 000 charge to JIVE Records for leaking the song.
